Summary
For this match another noob was up. It was the turn of Grace, the noob, and Molly. The difference was, Grace had never played with the BHO but she certainly wasn't a stranger to the game of Yahtzee. She's actually pretty self reliant when it comes to the dice, so I was interested to see the outcome of this one.
The first game was played at a steady, dare I say, professional pace, the way I wish all our games and matches were played. This was actually a bit of a surprise, as Molly, who is usually one of the most lacklustre players in our faction on a good day, was actually suffering from a hangover. So colour me gobsmacked. It was a tight game, back and forth, but Molly took the win. Which again, was a bit of a surprise for me.
The second game was even closer. I thought for sure my beautiful daughter was going to pinch it. She almost did as well. She was a mere five points off, but Molly, somehow, walked away with the W. Which means sadly, Grace is out of the tournament and Molly lives to fight another day and she will play either Lee or Lilly in round two. And, as Lee laughed so heartily at my defeat I am definitely rooting for Lilly. Lee, stick it up your arse!
