Summary
As the the BHO Yahtzee League 3 comes ball achingly close to it's climax with only two matches remaining, it becomes nipple stingingly apparent that we have fallen slightly behind on the Champion's League. Well, we bloody remedied that didn't we!
I came first in the match, with a so-so score. Luckily for me, all my competitors finished with scores a little south of so-so. This pleased me. Not in an arrogant way, but I was starting to get a wee bit worried, as Russell, and I truly hate to say this, the man of the hour was joint first with me only last week. Don't get me wrong, I'm a good sport (in theory), but when it comes to a battle for the top of the League, it's a lot better to witness, not to be involved in. So I am now first in the league, all on my lonesome once again. It may not be by much, but for now, It'll do.
Claire came second in the match. She was, shockingly, pretty sober, but ALSO, pretty focused. There is a good reason for this. Jacob was not present that evening. He was probably too scared to peek out from under his rock after the week prior's shenanigans. But we have the league match to go yet. Honestly, these encounters are making me weak at the bum hole. She remains third in the League.
Russell, who has always kind of been my nemesis, ever since Jeremy Kyle told me he WAS in fact my father and who is slowly becoming my arch nemesis due to this unforgiving sport (yes, sport), finished third in the match. I can't knock the fella I reluctantly call my pappy. This season, in both the League and Champion's League, he has played a blinder. It just really chaffes my nads that he chooses now to do so when I'm also playing well. But whatever. May the b... may the best m-m-man... w-w-win... there I said it! He moves from joint first in the League down to second.
Kerrie finished fourth in the match. She has been struggling lately with form lately, which is sad, considering she was last season's League Two Champion. But I don't hear many other competitors complaining. Why? Because when she's on her game she can absolutely dominate. So we're all a bit relieved that us humans can actually try and get some Championships under our belts. I know what you're thinking Claire. Both of yours were a complete fluke. She remains fourth in the League.
