Introduction
It didn't actually take too long for Miles to get his arse in to gear to play this Match, but it has taken a bit of time for me to write the summary for it. But there is a reason for this. I, yes me, have been busy. The Christmas season descended upon us with all the aggravating distractions that come with it, but Christmas also brings additional Yahtzee responsibilities. If you have read some of the previous posts you would see that we have had an End of Year Knockout Championship, which does take up a bit of time! But anyway, here we are, I'm here now, so let's get on with it!
Truth be told, I haven't really seen Miles recently, but that doesn't mean that I have no news! Firstly, as I had suspected for quite some time, Miles has a girlfriend! I'm not sure why he felt the need to keep this information from his parents for as long as he did! I'm so happy for him! My lad, not to reveal too much about him, struggles socially, as do I, so the fact that he put himself out there, and his personality, long enough to get someone to find him as scintillatingly interesting as we know he is was great news to us and certainly not information to be kept to yourself!
So, needless to say, for the last few weeks we have seen very little of him, and everytime he comes home it's like he has just won the lottery. How adorable!
But Miles, DON'T YOU DARE COME AROUND HERE WITH NO BABIES, YOU FILTHY BOY!!!!!
I'm sure he won't, he is a pretty sensible young man in a pretty insensible way... if you know what I mean!

Summary
I wish I could tell you that it was a super close match that was bum clenchingly tense; full of twists, turns and lots of grinding of teeth... but it wasn't...
The unfortunate fact of the matter is that I am just too bloody amazing... yeah, if only that was actually true! But on this occasion at least I was the better player, and I actually came away with a pretty decent score. Miles, however, floundered somewhat and was actually a bit rubbish! This was not good for Miles as he really, really, REALLY needed the win! But it just wasn't to be. He just couldn't bring the Papa Bush Juggernaut to a hault. This resulted in Miles losing the Match (naturally) AND losing the tournament! Never mind our kid, there's always next time!!
Standings
🏆Chris - 10 - 6 Miles
Final Thoughts
And so the fight for masculine supremacy comes to an end. Miles fought hard and bravely, but ultimately he let too many matches slip through his fingers and he ended up paying dearly for those mistakes. I am still currently the manliest man about the house, except for maybe my wife!
But even though this one on one contest has come to an end, there will be another one coming along shortly! But who will I choose to duel with next time?
Keep your eyes peeled, my dear readers, we'll find out soon enough!
