Summary
It always seems amazing to me that every single week there is a Friday in it. Mind boggling! This is a good thing for the BHO, because Friday means Live Match day!!
But! If you really want to know what truly boggles my mind, as I'm sure you are all dying to know, is how Jacob ALWAYS seems to dominate the flipping Live Matches! In case you hadn't already worked it out, the slippery little twat came first. AGAIN! Call me bitter, call me what you want, but I honestly do not know how he's doing it! It's not like he's dominating anywhere else in the BHO... thank CHRIST... but rest assured, the governing bodies of the BHO are very well aware of him and an investigation is underway!
Russell, who came second, did a very good job, something that is becoming less of a surprise after each match. For context, or for those that haven't been keeping up with the blog, when we started, Russell was as useful at Yahtzee as a midget would be in an NBA game. He has come on leaps and bounds and he is well on his way to becoming a bit of a legend of the sport (yes, sport).
Grace, my lovely daughter, came third, which is unfortunate for her. Why? Well, because the very first roll she got was a Yahtzee! This can be both a blessing and a curse. If you get a Yahtzee so early, you really need to capitalise on it. Unfortunately, she couldn't. But it's OK. I got a message from her after the Match telling me that as long as she beat me, she was happy... tart...
I came fourth. Once again this was a match that I thought I could take control of and subsequently failed. Story of my life! I've recognised what I'm doing wrong. I have spent many hours examining my gameplay and studying the strategies and probabilities and I now know where I'm going wrong... I keep bloody losing!
Faith, my gorgeous, beautiful, love of my life, came fifth. Not a great result, but she was busy with other things at the time. She was putting my youngest daughter to bed and I could have sworn I heard her using the sewing machine between her rolls. In case you're curious, she makes voodoo dolls, and it has to be said, I've been in agony ever since she started. Make of that what you will.
Claire, now unsurprisingly, came last. What the bloody hell has happened Claire? She has gone from a smarmy and very vocal two time Champion to, quite frankly, a bit of a loser. Part of me wants to give her support and get her back to her winning ways, but then I remember all the scumbag remarks that she used to make while she was on top. So, actually, a lot of me just thinks, sod ya!!
