Whenever the BHO finishes the League, The Champion's League and all auxiliary competitions, I always get a wee bit Depressed! Weekends just do not feel the same without the competitive matches. So yeah, I miss it...
So I am ecstatic to say that the BHO Yahtzee League 4 returns on the 1st of November, The Champion's League 2 returns the first Saturday of December and the End Of Year Knockout returns the weekend before we move into 2026!
I cannot speak for anybody else, but I can tell you that I am positively itching to get going once again! We are set to hold our biggest League yet, sixteen at the time of writing! This could be down to the changes we have made (not that I care). We now play once a fortnight, to allow those with actual lives to continue about there business. We have also increased the League matches from fifteen up to twenty. This means that the League will take up most of the year, so from now there should be just one League per year. As much as I would enjoy playing week in and week out, I do think that this new format provides regularity and a much needed break to our long suffering competitors!
The Champion's League returns, much as it was. And It turns out that the competitors for this League are the same as the last League. There has been no chicanery involved, it's just how League 3 ended up. In case you didn't know, the top four competitors of the League qualify for the Champion's League...
The end of Year Knockout also returns, but with one minor adjustment. Last year the rounds took forever and we aim to complete it within the evening, so this year, half of each round will be eliminated, hopefully saving a lot of time.
To be clear, it is no secret to those that know me that I do not like change. But if it's change that makes things better for everyone, then I'm all for it.
So let's hope it all works out for the best and this is the best Yahtzee season ever! Thanks to all those that are competiting, and a massive thank you to all of you that keep up to date with all the matches and summaries, it truly means a lot!

There are certain rules and guidelines involved, and a small entry fee, but you will be explained all of this over email. Just be aware that it doesn't hurt to enquire and you are under no obligation to join simply because you enquired!
