Unless you have all been living under a rock, you should all be aware that we are now in the year 2026. Well, derr!
Things have happened in the BHO since the last bulletin, so I encourage you to take a look! But anyway, this post is not about the things that have happened, it's about the things that are going to happen. If you're still interested, read on xxx
If you do keep up with the blog, you might have realised that the League is well underway! It may not be moving along as quickly as the previous three Leagues but that is for a very good reason. Well, there are more of us than ever before, so, firstly it's a pain in the arse to wrangle all the members in just one week. Secondly, it takes a lot to write those bloody summaries! I am just one man and I only have a limited amount of creative juices to go around!! Plus it takes bloody ages! This fortnightly arrangement may change in the future, but for now, this arrangement is working; so as I always say... don't rock the boat!!
On an incredibly positive note, the BHO is about to turn 2 years old! A milestone I never thought we would reach!! So, in my opinion, this kind of landmark can NOT go unrecognised! We did celebrate the first anniversary, but I thought this year, for the second anniversary, we deserved to do something a little bit special! That is why I have organised a get together for all participants of the Yahtzee Matches, PLUS all members of the BHO Discord. It would be great to meet some of you! Plus we may be able to entice you to get more involved! But don't get me wrong, I appreciate your engagement either way. The event will take place on April 11th at the Old Glen House, Baildon. There will be annual awards handed out, food, good chat and a couple of games of honest to goodness Yahtzee. So if you live even remotely close, please join us!
Returning on the 2nd of May, is the BHO Champions League; a prestigious event reserved for only the latest Champions of other BHO competitions. I can see it been a big one this year, so keep your eyes peeled!
Finally, the Head to Head Championship returns the 13th of June! A unique knockout competition where BHO members can use their skills against just one other member in a winner stays on scenario played over multiple weeks in what I have to admit is one of my favourite competitions. Once again, you are all welcome to join, just let me know! Just be aware that the more people that join will be subjected (members too) to qualification matches. Not that this is a bad thing. I mention it only to say that your participation may be short lived... as might mine!

However, you choose your destiny, just know that you are awesome for even looking, the members are awesome for sticking with me and I am awesome for the previous two reasons (joking)!! I am what you make me! As soppy as that sounds, but thank you all, genuinely! Even if you only came for a look!
