Introduction
I was down at my sister's on a beautifully sunny day, enjoying a few brewskis without a care in the world. Then Jacob arrived. He had just come back from larping (live action role playing) and he was dressed head to tail in a laughable concoction of toilet rolls, cereal boxes and sticky tape made to resemble armour and weaponry. He clearly had been helped to make it by his mum... put it this way, he looked far from intimidating! Then he shot me a glance and stared me straight in the eyes. It was then I knew that he was there on business and he was there to collect his dues!
He knew all too well that he had a great advantage over me in this competition and he wanted to see it through! I managed to talk him down and I said I would play just one Match, but only if he agreed to take off his "outfit" so I could at least stop giggling. He complied, and we were off to the races... well, Yahtzee board...
Match Results
1. Chris - 238
2. Jacob - 226
Summary
... and would you believe it? I actually won! This came completely out of the blue as competitive Matches and myself have not really being getting along too well recently. Actually, scratch that! They've treated me like doggy doo doo and I have lost just about all of them for quite some time! But not this one apparently, which did absolutely nothing to quell Jacob's foul mood!
Jacob was that desperate to win he even ended up trying to bewitch my dice with some form of incantation. Obviously it didn't work, which only got him more upset! But come on Jacob, it's one Match! Just look at the standings! I've got so much work to do if I wanna win the competition! But it would be worth it just to see your face, MWAHAHAHA!!
Standings
Chris 2 - 6 Jacob
Final Thoughts
As previously stated, it's gonna take some Yahtzee Master type rolling to dig myself out of the mire in which I currently find myself situated, but if Jacob continues to prioritise larping over Yahtzee and cry everytime he loses, I MAY just be in with a shout!
